Bonus Policy

Casino de Spa (further “777.nl”) can offer its Users bonuses as a marketing incentive to play casino games, or a reward. The aim of this policy is to explain the terms of bonuses on 777.nl, as well as other conditions related to them.
1. Playthrough
1.1 The playthrough of a bonus refers to the number of times a bonus has to be wagered, or the total amount that has to be wagered, before any winning from the bonus wagering can be withdrawn by the User. Each bonus is subject to its own playthrough conditions, which are specified by 777.nl in the terms of the bonus offer, either on the website or in the marketing communications.
1.2 By wagering a bonus the User understands and agrees that he/she will only be entitled to withdraw the winnings generated from bonuses if and once the wagering requirements of the bonus are met. The User acknowledges and understands that any bonus winnings of which the playthrough conditions are not met will be cancelled if the User decides to proceed with a withdrawal request.

2. Bonus terms
2.1. Each bonus or other type of promotion offered to a User by 777.nl is subject to its own specific terms which must be adhered to, for example the duration, bonus amounts and percentage and playthrough conditions. The User agrees to read and understand the terms applicable to each bonus or other type of offers they claim.
Notwithstanding any specific terms of the offer, 777.nl reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, special offer or promotion at any time.
2.2. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses offered on 777.nl are limited to one per User, IP address, residential address and/or household.
2.3. 777.nl offers free bonuses, such as welcome bonuses for new players, account reactivation bonuses and many more, which allow a User to play without making a deposit beforehand. However, the User understands and accepts that the withdrawal of any winnings derived from a free bonus are subject to the conditions of the bonus in question, particularly the playthrough requirements.
2.4. 777.nl cannot guarantee the availability of welcome bonus offers, or any other bonus or promotion, for Users who live outside of the Netherlands.
2.5. If a User has a pending bonus on his/her 777.nl account they will play with the bonus only once any real money balance has been played.
2.6. As a general rule bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date they were credited to the User’s bonus balance. After 30 days, the unused bonus will expire and be remove from the bonus balance. The User understands and accepts that removed bonuses cannot be reclaimed.
2.7. A User is limited to a maximum of one bonus per day. However, there may be exceptions for certain bonus offers or promotions, where more bonuses may be claimed.
2.8. Bonuses or other offers received via email, SMS, telephone, push notifications, or other communication channels, are strictly valid on a User basis, meaning that they can only be granted to the recipient of the offer on their personal account. A User can make no claim to bonuses or offers that were not specifically gifted to him/her.
3. Bonus consent and exclusion
3.1. Before adding any bonus on their 777.nl account the User must give explicit consent that they wish to receive the bonus. Without such consent no bonus or promotional offer will be credited to the User’s account.
3.2. A User can exclude themselves from bonuses offered by 777.nl. They can do so via their account settings in the responsible gaming tab of their account, or by email via [email protected].
3.3. 777.nl reserves the right to exclude any User from bonuses offers if it has any concerns about the behaviour of the user in view of 777.nl’s responsible gaming policy. This may for example happen in the event of repeated bonus requests via phone, email or chat, frequent changing of limits by the User, or other behaviours displayed by the User.
3.4. 777.nl does not offer any bonuses to Users between the ages of 18 and 23, as such Users are considered as belonging to a vulnerable group, so called "young adults", by the Netherlands Gambling Authority. They are therefore excluded from any promotional offer by default, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, free spins, tournaments etc. Such Users can therefore not make claim to any bonus offers they might see advertised on third party websites, in marketing communications, on the 777.nl website or anywhere else.
4. Bonus seekers
4.1. All abusive and repeated use of promotions offered by 777.nl, for example by repeatedly depositing a minimum amount in order to play with the bonus, or only depositing when there is a bonus available, may lead 777.nl, at its sole discretion, to label the User as a "bonus seeker". Once a User is a bonus seeker, he/she will no longer received or be able to claim 777.nl bonus offers and promotions.
4.2. The use of the free bonus, for which no deposit is requires, does not label a user as a bonus seeker. However, repeated use of free bonuses without making any deposits may result into the User receiving the bonus seeker status.
4.3 777.nl reserves the right to label a user as a bonus seeker if a User only uses bonuses to play on their account or if the User’s total bonus amount exceeds their total deposit amount.
